PROCLAMATION
Whereas this
"Proclamation" is in honor or Dr.
Rimland who passed away November 21st, 2006
and
Whereas Bernard
Rimland, Ph.D had devoted his life to
researching the causes of autism through his
Autism Research Institute and
Whereas Dr.
Rimland was one of the founders of the Defeat
Autism Now! (DAN!) organization and
Whereas children
are being cured of autism using the DAN !
protocol (See the Recovered Autistic Kids
Videos on YouTube), and
Whereas Dr.
Rimland and Donald Meserlian, P.E., Chairman
of Voices of Safety International have both
financed and cooperated with each other's
research and
Whereas, the
National Technology Transfer Act of 1995
encourages state and local governments to
review and utilize private sector standards,
and
Whereas,
Voices of Safety International (VOSI) is a
private sector standards writing organization
recognized by the National Institute of
Standards & Technology (NIST), and
Whereas the
VOSI Autism Research Task Group (ARTG) has
unanimously accepted the VOSI autism Research
Reports and Standards and concluded that state
and local governments should issue
"Proclamations" encouraging their
citizens to become familiar with them, and
Whereas the
VOSI Website contains both Research Reports
and Standards on the probable cause of and
possible prevention of the autism epidemic at www.voicesofsafety.com/ph/
...."Public Health"
Now, Therefore I

................... urge all employees and
residents be made aware of this
tribute to Dr. Rimland, and to review
and utilize the applicable VOSI autism
Research Reports and Standards in order to
become aware of the probable causes and
prevention of the autism epidemic
