Forensic Engineer Donald C. Meserlian, P.E. was
the main speaker at a meeting of New Jersey Impeach (www.impeachthem.com)
3/10/08 at the Lakeland Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, Wayne, N.J. … A two
hour film by Richard Gage, architect, "9/11 Blueprint for Truth: The
Architecture of Destruction" , was shown following Mr. Meserlian’s
presentation of the U.S. government’s
evidence that underground explosions were detected by a seismograph, 21 miles
north of ground zero, before the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA)
recorded times when the two planes struck the towers. This proves 9/11 was a
false flag operation by the U.S. government.
The format of Mr. Meserlian’s speech was a
trial of "we the people" vs. the U.S. Government with Mr. Meserlian
being the expert witness for the prosecution.. The audience was the jury. A
government representative was not required since the evidence presented by the
expert witness was the government’s own data.

angular cut by an explosive device (Thermite or Thermate) and the Testimony of
William Rodriguez , "Foundational Witness Testimony, Taken Secretly by 9/11
Commission, Omitted from Final Report" contained on pg. 10 of the 2008
"Citizen’s 9/11 Commission Report", was distributed to the
audience as evidence of a controlled
demolition and cover-up of the truth by the Official 9/11 Commission members.
Copies of the 2008 "Report of the Citizen’s
Commission on 9/11" were sold to approximately 80% of the meeting
attendees.. Pg. 27 contains an article by Mr. Meserlian, "FBI
Refusal to Answer Pogo Petition 200701…..Revealing (of cover-up); the
Implications…..Disturbing"
At the conclusion of the meeting Mr. Meserlian
explained the basis for impeaching the U.S. president and vice president is
stated on pg. 26 of the "Report of the Citizen’s Commission on 9/11"
where the former Prime Minister of Italy and former head of the Italian Secret
Service ( Italian CIA), Francesco Cossiga, stated:
"9/11 was a false flag operation planned and executed by the CIA and the
Mossad (Israel’s CIA)" The actions of the CIA are under the direction of
the U.S. President..

The jury’s ( audience) verdict on the trial of
"We the People vs., the U.S. Government" was "GUILTY" for
having lied and covered up the truth as to the cause of the collapse of the Twin
Towers and to probably having the CIA, under the direct orders of the President,
plan and execute all events that occurred 9/11/01.This
is the basis for impeaching the president and V.P. for the crime of treason:
" Betrayal of trust and violation of allegiance to uphold the Constitution
and lying and covering up the cause of the murder of 3000 innocent civilians in
the Twin Towers."
Based on the failure of Congress to uphold the
Constitution , by passing the unconstitutional "Patriot" and
"Military Commissions" Acts , and by authorizing an unjust war against
Afghanistan and Iraq , based on lies, innocent sovereign nations, the
credibility of the U.S. Congress has been compromised and cannot be relied upon
to impeach the president and vice president.
When Congress or the states fail to be
responsible in upholding the Constitution, individual towns are the only
recourse towards assuring the Constitution is upheld. On 3/4/08 the citizens of
Brattleboro (Battleboro?) Vermont, voted to authorize the Town Attorney draw up
articles of impeachment of both George W. Bush and Richard Cheney. If Congress
fails to impeach them the Brattleboro police are empowered by "we the
people" to arrest and detain both of these tyrannical bastards to stand

was 9/10/01!. The NYC FBI has refused to answer the petition thereby violating
