Forensic Engineer Donald C. Meserlian, P.E. was
the main speaker at a meeting of New Jersey Impeach (www.impeachthem.com)
3/10/08 at the Lakeland Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, Wayne, N.J. … A two
hour film by Richard Gage, architect, "9/11 Blueprint for Truth: The
Architecture of Destruction" , was shown following Mr. Meserlian’s
presentation of the U.S. government’s
evidence that underground explosions were detected by a seismograph, 21 miles
north of ground zero, before the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA)
recorded times when the two planes struck the towers. This proves 9/11 was a
false flag operation by the U.S. government.
The format of Mr. Meserlian’s speech was a
trial of "we the people" vs. the U.S. Government with Mr. Meserlian
being the expert witness for the prosecution.. The audience was the jury. A
government representative was not required since the evidence presented by the
expert witness was the government’s own data.

At the conclusion of the meeting Mr. Meserlian
explained the basis for impeaching the U.S. president and vice president is

where the former Prime Minister of Italy and former head of the Italian Secret
Service ( Italian CIA), Francesco Cossiga, stated:
"9/11 was a false flag operation planned and executed by the CIA and the

The jury’s ( audience) verdict on the trial of

Based on the failure of Congress to uphold the

sent to the FBI in New York City by more than 200 members of the 911
Truth Movement..
The FBI has refused to respond to the petitioners.
The success of Pogo's ability to : "Police

to the petition based on the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
"the right to petition the government for grievances".
I believe all petitions submitted must be
either "accepted or denied" with the reason for denial

The final proof that 9/11/01 was made in the U.S.A.:..... Marvin

Seismic data obtained 9/11/01 from the seismograph recordings at the
Palisades Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO), 34 km north of ground
zero, provide the final proof that the 9/11 Commission Report, was a
cover-up for the truth and the report’s conclusion, that everybody
goofed!, was a lame excuse for the truth that 9/11 was a carefully
planned operation by our own government’s most powerful tyrants. These
bastards must be brought to justice to finally resolve the grief of the
9/11 victim’s families.
The following table indicates the seismic time that explosions in the
basements of WTC 1 & 2 were recorded 9/11/01, the aircraft impact
times specified in the 9/11 (Omission) Commission Report based on
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
radar data and air traffic control software logic, and FAA data. In
addition, the intensity of the seismic events, Richter Scale readings
,are shown for the twin towers and Building 7 of the WTC. Time specified
is Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT).
WTC 1 was struck by AA Flight 11. WTC 2 was struck by UA Flight 175

Both the 9/11 Commission and FAA data confirm that LDEO recorded
explosions occurred in the basements of both WTC 1 & 2 before the
planes struck the buildings. This confirms previous Pogo News articles
that the free fall time of both towers could only occur if pre-planted
explosives ,both in the basements and along the side of the buildings,
caused a controlled demolition that allowed all three WTC buildings to
fall down in their own footprint. This completely destroys the lies and
cover up bogus information that the 9/11 Commission obtained from the
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) and all the other federal agencies that were either incompetent or
deliberately lied to protect the tyrants that rule this fascist empire.
The seismic force (Richter Scale) caused by the basement explosions
and collapse of WTC 7 were of the same order of magnitude whereas the
seismic force caused by the collapse of WTC 1 & 2 were almost 4
times greater due to the towers height and resulting free-fall time that
occurred in the fall of the three buildings. This disproves the
government’s lie that burning jet fuel caused the "pancake
theory" collapse of the twin towers. This proves that NIST and FEMA
were either incompetent or participated in the cover-up of the truth.

The 9/11 Commission purposely omitted the testimony of William
Rodriguez who, together with 37 other eyewitnesses in the basement of
WTC 1, confirmed that explosions occurred in the basement between
subbasement B2 and B3 before oscillations were felt when AA 11 struck
WTC 1. The massive structure absorbed the impact energy of the planes
such that seismic forces were not detected at the Palisades LDEO. The
9/11 Commission refused to hear the testimony of the 37 other
eyewitnesses and omitted Rodriguez’s testimony in their final
report; proof of a cover-up. Cover-up of the truth happens
when someone is either guilty of a crime or they are protecting those
that are guilty.
*** Of particular interest is the fact that there is evidence that the
time between the first explosion and the later impact of flight 11 on
WTC 1 was 9 seconds; the same time difference recorded by the FAA data..
"Jenny Carr was at a business meeting with others on the morning of
9/11/01 at 1 Liberty Plaza, and a recording was made at that meeting.
During this recording a first explosion is heard, and then a second one
about 9 seconds later. This data still needs to be corroborated, and
both authors and the Scholars for 9/11 Truth are involved in this;
however it is worth presenting at this time." The 9/11 Commission
was either incompetent in not knowing this information or deliberately
ignored the confirming FAA 9 sec. time difference between basement
explosions and WTC 1 plane impact in order to protect the bastards
within this government that planned and executed the sacrifice of almost
3000 innocent civilians in order to promote the "War on
Terrorism" and the conquest of the Middle East Oil fields in
Afghanistan and Iraq.
This government has failed to achieve its purpose because we are
the "Terrorists" and the required "War on
Terror" is to enforce "Domestic Terrorism" by coercing
and intimidating the arrogant government bastards that have destroyed
this once proud nation. As to the middle east war…we lost Korea,
Vietnam and now Afghanistan and Iraq. Dividing sovereign nations into

I have presented my 9/11/01 "Pogo News" articles to Joseph
Clark, N. Caldwell, N.J. Police Chief. He has presented these articles
to the New York City police chief. These articles prove explosives
were pre-planted in the basements of WTC 1 & 2 and both towers were

Pelosi stating that "impeachment is not on the table".. Ms.
Pelosi is a prime candidate for the use of domestic terrorism to
intimidate and coerce her into doing what is necessary to achieve
closure on 9/11/01. My "Pogo News" articles should be

Marvin Bush, the president’s younger brother, was involved in

Recent information indicates that the president's
younger brother, Marvin Bush, was involved in security at the World Trade

board of directors of a company providing electronic security for the World
Trade Center, Dulles
International Airport and United
Airlines, according to public records. The company was
backed by an investment firm, the Kuwait-American
Corp., also linked for

The security company, formerly named
Securacom and now named Stratesec,
is in Sterling, Va.. Its CEO, Barry
McDaniel, said the
company had a 'completion contract' to handle some of the security at the
World Trade Center 'up to the day the buildings fell down.'

electronic security systems at Dulles Airport, according to a Dulles
contracting official. Securacom/Stratesec also handled some security for

The
physics of 9/11 — including how fast and symmetrically one of the
World Trade Center buildings fell — prove that official explanations
of the collapses are wrong, says a Brigham Young University physics
professor.
In
fact, it's likely that there were "pre-positioned
explosives" in all three buildings at ground zero, says Steven E.
Jones.
In
a paper posted online Tuesday and accepted for peer-reviewed
publication next year, Jones adds his voice to those of previous
skeptics, including the authors of the Web site www.wtc7.net,
whose research Jones quotes. Jones' article can be found at www.physics.byu.edu/research/energy/htm7.html.

Jones,
who conducts research in fusion and solar energy at BYU, is calling
for an independent, international scientific investigation
"guided not by politicized notions and constraints but rather by
observations and calculations.
"It
is quite plausible that explosives were pre-planted in all three
buildings and set off after the two plane crashes — which were
actually a diversion tactic," he writes. "Muslims are
(probably) not to blame for bringing down the WTC buildings after
all," Jones writes.
As
for speculation about who might have planted the explosives, Jones
said, "I don't usually go there. There's no point in doing that
until we do the scientific investigation."
Previous
investigations, including those of FEMA, the 9/11 Commission and NIST
(the National Institutes of Standards and Technology), ignore the
physics and chemistry of what happened on Sept. 11, 2001, to the Twin
Towers and the 47-story building known as WTC 7, he says. The official
explanation — that fires caused structural damage that caused the
buildings to collapse — can't be backed up by either testing or
history, he says.
Jones
acknowledges that there have been "junk science" conspiracy
theories about what happened on 9/11, but "the explosive
demolition hypothesis better satisfies tests of repeatability and
parsimony and therefore is not 'junk science.' "
In
a 9,000-word article that Jones says will be published in the book
"The Hidden History of 9/11," by Elsevier, Jones offers
these arguments:
•
The three buildings collapsed nearly symmetrically, falling down into
their footprints, a phenomenon associated with "controlled
demolition" — and even then it's very difficult, he says.
"Why would terrorists undertake straight-down collapses of WTC-7
and the Towers when 'toppling over' falls would require much less work
and would do much more damage in downtown Manhattan?" Jones asks.
"And where would they obtain the necessary skills and access to
the buildings for a symmetrical implosion anyway? The 'symmetry data'
emphasized here, along with other data, provide strong evidence for an
'inside' job."
•
No steel-frame building, before or after the WTC buildings, has ever
collapsed due to fire. But explosives can effectively sever steel
columns, he says.
•
WTC 7, which was not hit by hijacked planes, collapsed in 6.6 seconds,
just .6 of a second longer than it would take an object dropped from
the roof to hit the ground. "Where is the delay that must be
expected due to conservation of momentum, one of the foundational laws
of physics?" he asks. "That is, as upper-falling floors
strike lower floors — and intact steel support columns — the fall
must be significantly impeded by the impacted mass. . . . How do the
upper floors fall so quickly, then, and still conserve momentum in the
collapsing buildings?" The paradox, he says, "is easily
resolved by the explosive demolition hypothesis, whereby explosives
quickly removed lower-floor material, including steel support columns,
and allow near free-fall-speed collapses." These observations
were not analyzed by FEMA, NIST nor the 9/11 Commission, he says.
•
With non-explosive-caused collapse there would typically be a piling
up of shattering concrete. But most of the material in the towers was
converted to flour-like powder while
the buildings were falling, he says. "How can we understand this
strange behavior, without explosives? Remarkable, amazing — and
demanding scrutiny since the
U.S.
government-funded reports failed to analyze this phenomenon."
•
Horizontal puffs of smoke, known as squibs, were observed proceeding
up the side the building, a phenomenon common when pre-positioned
explosives are used to demolish buildings, he says.
•
Steel supports were "partly evaporated," but it would
require temperatures near 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit to evaporate steel
— and neither office materials nor diesel fuel can generate
temperatures that hot. Fires caused by jet fuel from the hijacked
planes lasted at most a few minutes, and office material fires would
burn out within about 20 minutes in any given location, he says.
•
Molten metal found in the debris of the
World
Trade
Center
may have been the result of a high-temperature reaction of a commonly
used explosive such as thermite, he says. Buildings not felled by
explosives "have insufficient directed energy to result in
melting of large quantities of metal," Jones says.
•
Multiple loud explosions in rapid sequence were reported by numerous
observers in and near the towers, and these explosions occurred far
below the region where the planes struck, he says.
Jones
says he became interested in the physics of the WTC collapse after
attending a talk last spring given by a woman who had had a near-death
experience. The woman mentioned in passing that "if you think the
World
Trade
Center
buildings came down just due to fire, you have a lot of surprises
ahead of you," Jones remembers, at which point "everyone
around me started applauding."
Following
several months of study, he presented his findings at a talk at BYU in
September.
Jones
says he would like the government to release 6,899 photographs and
6,977 segments of video footage for "independent scrutiny."
He would also like to analyze a small sample of the molten metal found
at Ground Zero.

Philip Zelikow, worked on the Bush/Cheney transition team. He is
a longtime associate of national (in) security advisor
Condoleeza Rice, with whom he co-authored a book. He advised
Rice on the incoming National (in) Security Council."
Commission Chairman, Thomas Kean, has business
ties with the bin Mahfouz and Al Amoudi families of Saudi
Arabia. Khalid bin Mahfouz's sister is married to Osama bin
Laden and the bin Mahfouz family is suspected of funneling
millions of dollars to al Queda. Kean is also co-chairman of the
Homeland Security Project and helped draft the recommendations
of the Century Foundation, which laid the foundation for the
Office of Homeland Security Legislation.
The most pressing question raised by the
commission so far is, "What circumstances could have
prompted such a massive breach of airspace security to take
place 9/11/01?" What is more significant are the questions
the commission will never ask:
1. How did a 757 hit the Pentagon yet leave no
debris or passengers?
2. How was WTC Building 7 "pulled
down" with demolition charges on the afternoon of 9/11,
while it was still on fire, as the owner Silverstein admitted,
if the charges weren't previously set?
3. Where was NORAD for an hour and 15 minutes
while critical airspace was being invaded?" In addition
to the preceding questions from the Idaho Observer the
following questions are added based on "9/11: The Great
Illusion (End Game of the Illuminati, Our Choice: Fear or
Love?)" by George Humphrey:
4. Why was there an increase of 1200% in
trading activity of orders to "go short" on the
stocks of American Airlines and "United Airlines",
as reported by the Chicago Securities Exchange in the week
before 9/11?
5. Based on the laws of gravity for a free
falling object from the same height as the 1350-ft. WTC North
and South towers the time for an object to strike the ground
would be 9.1627 seconds. A free falling building would require
greater time since the building would be falling onto itself
rather than a free fall. The South and North Towers came down
in 10.4 and 8.1 seconds respectively. The resistance to a free
fall were the massive lower sections of the buildings that
were stabilized by over 250 major interior and exterior steel
columns and thousands of steel trusses. The only way the two
towers could have fallen in less than the predicted time for a
free fall is if explosive charges were set in the buildings
before they fell. Modern explosives could cause the
crystallization of the building materials, while creating a
vacuum that could pull down the buildings at a faster than
normal speed and leave a residue created by extremely high
temperatures.
A previous edition of the Idaho Observer
stated that a relative of George W. Bush was in charge of

impossibility for a heavily reinforced steel building to do. And Building 7 is
another story. No plane, no attack -- and yet five hours after the two plane
struck WTC 1 & 2, it, too, disintegrated into rubble.
Yes, this is important for this list to understand since we need to restore
both logic and reason to our minds or we will believe anything -- like poison is
medicine, and smallpox was eradicated due to vaccination, and polio was
similarly wiped out due to vaccination, and the ONLY problem with modern
vaccines is mercury.

This ''open letter'' is coming from my heart. I want you to know that I am
neither a Republican nor a Democrat and that this is not an attempt to ''bash

were committed to aid in any "cover up" of the tragic events of
September 11, 2001. As President you have a duty to protect the American people.
On September 11th you did not instruct your staff to issue a nationwide
emergency warning/alert to advise us of the attack on America. We had to receive
the news of the attacks via the news networks.
In the months leading up to the attacks you were repeatedly advised of a
possible attack on American soil. During your daily intelligence briefings you
were given information that had been uncovered that the very real possibility
existed that certain undesirable elements would use commercial aircraft to
destroy certain "target" buildings. You never warned the American
people of this possible threat. Who were you protecting?
When you took no responsibility towards protecting the general public from
the possibility of attack, you were certainly not upholding the oath you spoke
when you took office. In that oath you pledged to uphold the Constitution of the
United States of America.
On the morning of the attack, you and members of your staff were fully aware
of the unfolding events yet you chose to continue on to the Emma E. Booker
Elementary School to proceed with a scheduled event and "photo op".

tear. You continued on as if everything was "business as usual".
In the days following the attacks all air traffic was grounded and Americans,
including myself, were stranded wherever they had been when the flight ban was
imposed. I was stranded at Midway Airport in Chicago, unable to continue on to
California for my daughter's wedding. Imagine my surprise when I later found out
that during this "no fly" period a number of people were flown out of
the country on a 747 with Arabic lettering on the fuselage. None of these people
were interviewed or questioned by any local, State or Federal agencies. Why were
they allowed to leave and who exactly was on that flight. We know for a fact
that some of the people on the flight were members of (or related to) the royal
family of Saudi Arabia and members of the Bin Laden family. Were these people
allowed to leave because of the long-standing relationships that your family has
with both families?
It is my belief that you intentionally allowed 9/11 to happen to gather
public support for a "war on terrorism". These wars, in Afghanistan
and Iraq, have not accomplished what you stated were your goals. Why have you
not captured Osama Bin Laden? Where are Saddam's weapons of mass destruction?
All that has happened is a bill that is passed before Congress for 87 billion
dollars to rebuild what you ordered blown to bits. As an American who lost a
loved one in the "war on terror" I do pray and support our troops who
were sent to Afghanistan and Iraq by you. These troops have and will continue to
die for your lies. As an American I can make this statement as it appears that
associates of your family may stand to prosper from the rebuilding of
Afghanistan and Iraq.
Mr. Bush the time has come for you to stop your control over us. Stop
blocking the release of certain evidence and documents that were discovered by
the 9/11 Investigation Commission if you have nothing to hide proving you did
not fail to act and prevent the attacks of 9/11. Your reason for not releasing
this material is that it is a matter of "national security". When in
fact I believe that it is your personal credibility/security that you are
concerned with. You do not want the public to know the full extent of your
responsibility and involvement.
After 9/11 the Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act were passed. Both of
these allow the government to tap your telephone, search your home, and seize
whatever they feel they need to do on a whim. They can do this without a judge's
review or a warrant. I feel that this is in direct conflict with our rights as
stated in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
We the families of 9/11 victims need to have answers to the following
questions:
- Why were 29 pages of the 9/11committee report personally censored at
your request?
- Where are the "black boxes" from Flight 11 and Flight 175?
- Where are the "voice recorders" from Flight 11 and Flight 175?
- Why can't we gain access to the complete air traffic control records for
Flight 11 and Flight 175?
- Where are the airport surveillance tapes that show the passengers
boarding the doomed flights?
- When will complete passenger lists for all of the flights be released?
- Why did your brother Jeb (the Governor of Florida) go to the offices of
the Hoffman Aviation School and order that flight records and files be
removed? These files were then put on a C130 government cargo plane and
flown out of the country. Where were they taken and who ordered it done?
It has been over two years since hundreds of our lost loved ones
"remains" have still yet to be identified and their remains placed in
a landfill at Fresh Kill. We want our heroes brought back and given a public and
proud resting-place where we all can pay our respects and honor them. These
innocent people never had a chance as they were taken from us on that sad
September Day.
In the court of public opinion Mr. Bush, your lies are being uncovered each
day. My husband, all of the other victims and their families and our nation as a
whole, has been victimized by your failed leadership prior to and after 9/11!
I will prove this in a court of law!
