I. News Release

Background

Since 9/11/01 governors have signed Executive Orders or Proclamations declaring that 9/11/01 be remembered as a day of mourning for those murdered on that fateful day.

Although it is appropriate to remember the dead, it is also important to know and acknowledge what caused the Twin Towers and WTC 7 to collapse in their own footprint. Pogo Proclamation 200802 presents uncontestable proof, using the government's own evidence, that pre-placed explosives, not fires, caused these buildings to collapse.

Pogo Petition 200804 requests that all citizens and local government officials accept Pogo Proclamation 200802 as proof of what caused the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 and that they recommend that their local mayors and state  governors  sign the Proclamation in order that 2009 Year of 9/11 Truth will finally set the stage for determining who placed the explosives in the WTC buildings

Based on the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, "The right to petition" contains an implied "obligation to respond" otherwise the "right to petition" is a meaningless right. The "Oath of Office" that every official takes states that they will "uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution". Violation of the "Oath of Office" by public officials is an act of treason per United States code 18USC Par. 2382, misprision of treason.

The Wikipedia definition of "Oath of Office" states: "Under the laws of a state it may be considered treason or a high crime to betray a sworn oath of office." This is the basis for the need of officials to respond to a petition by either signing the petition or providing a valid written reason for not signing. Betraying the Oath of Office is perjury; a felony.

WTC 7 collapsed into its own footprint on 9/11/01 even though it was not struck by a plane as was WTC 1 & 2. NIST has attributed the cause of the three collapses to fire although no skyscraper has ever collapsed due to fire in 100 years. Donald Meserlian P.E. has submitted Pogo Proclamation 200803 to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST} proving that a controlled demolition caused the collapse of WTC 7 and petitioned NIST, based on the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, to respond to the petition. NIST has refused to abide by the Constitution and specify the true cause of the collapse of WTC 7. NIST's final WTC 7 report disregards the evidence of controlled demolition presented by the many scientists and engineers who responded to their draft report.

V. Participants 

1. Present petition and proclamation to your local governing body. Advise them that you will make a formal presentation at the next public meeting.
2. Send letter to editor stating date you will present petition at the next public meeting for citizens to attend.
3. Determine whether your town has a public access TV station, and inform them that you will make presentation at such a time and you would like this documented
4. Determine when public access coverage will be aired, and then send letter to the editor when this will be available for viewing
5. If local officials refuse to sign proclamation , then contact the local police chief and advise him that his oath of office is that he must enforce your constitutional rights and ask that he provide the information to the local government.
6. Send your name, phone, town and state to dcmeserlian@voicesofsafety.com along and results of stating the results of your efforts.
