Truth" and am using my constitutional right to petition
my local government prosecutor________________________, in

email________________ in order to present the uncontestable
federal government's evidence, summarized in
the following "9/11 Truth Proclamation";

The Proclamation requests that my local government prosecutor and
U.S. Attorney accept the Proclamation that recognizes
"The Report of the Citizens Commission on
9/11" as the source of all the references that prove that
controlled demolitions, not fires, caused the collapse of the Twin
Towers and WTC 7 on 9/11/01 and to begin a Grand Jury investigation as
soon as possible.
I am asking my local government prosecutor and U.S. Attorney to
agree that there are serious problems in the omission of vital
information in the official "9/11 Commission Report"
that are addressed in the "Report of the Citizens Commission on
9/11". My local government prosecutor can investigate who
placed the explosives in the twin towers before the planes struck. Accepting
the Proclamation will provide the basis for a Grand Jury inquiry wherein
suspects may be subpoenaed and testimony taken until the guilty parties
responsible for the collapse of the twin towers are found and prosecuted
for the crime of the century.
I am asking my local prosecutor and U.S. Attorney to coordinate their
efforts to achieve a Grand Jury investigation as soon as possible. A
logical witness to be subpoenaed is Marvin Bush, the
youngest brother of G.W. Bush who was an officer in Stratosec
Corp, a corporation responsible for security at the WTC whose contract
termination date was 9/10/01.
Public officials who take the "Oath of Office" to
"uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution, including the first
amendment "right to petition" have an obligation to respond to
the petitioner based on United States Code 18 "Crimes and
Criminal Procedure". 18 USC Par. 2382, Misprision of Treason
states:
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and
having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals
and does not, as soon as possible, disclose and make known the same to
the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor
or to some judge or justice of a particular state, is guilty of
misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than seven years, or both."
Based on the preceding, you are obligated to respond to this petition
by either signing the "9/11 Truth Proclamation" or providing a
valid reason for not signing. Since the "9/11
Truth Proclamation" contains the government's own evidence, that
explosions occurred in the basements of the twin towers before the
planes struck, you will have to disprove the government's evidence in
order to avoid signing the "9/11 Truth Proclamation".
Signing the Proclamation implies acceptance of "The
Report of the Citizens Commission on 9/11" as containing
evidence of controlled demolition that is missing in the official "9/11
Commission Report" and is the basis for an unbiased Grand Jury
investigation to determine the parties responsible for planning and
executing the controlled demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC 7.
Those responsible for murdering the more than 3000
innocent civilians on that fateful day will only be brought to justice
based on the uncontestable evidence presented in the "9-11 Truth
Proclamation" that states :
