[POGO Petition #200801] 9-11 Request to United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey

Ref: Fax to Charles McKenna, Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney 2/27/08

Please answer "yes" or "no" to the following statements:

  1. Based on the federal government’s own indisputable evidence, "9/11 Pogo News 12/7/06", underground explosions occurred in the basements of the Twin Towers an WTC 7 before the planes struck the Twin Towers…………………………………………………………………………____
  2. Photographic evidence, "front page of Idaho Observer 11/20/07 "NIST Unable to Explain Twin Tower’s Collapse", shows a core column cut at an angle, confirming the preceding statement….____
  3. The FBI is responsible for determining who placed and detonated the explosives……….___________
  4. Attorney Jay Kramer, NYC FBI Legal Dept., has agreed with the following interpretation of the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
  5. "The "Right to Petition" implies the "Obligation to Respond" otherwise the "Right to Petition is a meaningless right"

  8. The FBI has had sufficient time to "accept" or "deny" the three points of indisputable evidence presented to them ……………………………………………………………………………._____
  9. The U.S. Attorney prosecutes criminals based on evidence presented to them by the FBI_______
  10. Based on the preceding evidence presented to you 2/26/08 , I am requesting the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey to send a letter to the NYC FBI , newyork@fbi.gov , attention Jay Kramer, stating:

    "The NJ US Attorney General agrees that the NYC FBI is legally obligated to respond to "Pogo Petition 200701" and had sufficient time to do so.

    If this petition is not answered by 3/10/08 we will forward this request to the NY US Attorney General to begin disciplinary action against the NYC FBI."

Note: Mr. Benson phoned me 2/26/08 and listened to the first 5 statements. He stated his answer was "No Comment" to all of my statements. "Freedom Without Accountability or Responsibility=Tyranny".
