September 2008 is the “Month of 9-11 Truth”. The Ref. 1 sample letter is being sent to all governors for their signature on the Ref. 3 “9-11 Truth Proclamation”. Because most governors issue a Proclamation or Executive Order that has observed September 11 as a “Day of Mourning” since 9/11/01 (N.J. Governor Jon Corzine’s Executive Order No. 115), there is little probability that they will sign the “9-11 Truth Proclamation” that disproves  NIST’s conclusions that fire was responsible for the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7.

Ref. 2, pgs 3 and 17, prove that underground explosives were detonated in the basements of WTC 1 and 2 before the planes struck the towers. This corroborates the. Pg. 10 eyewitness testimony of William Rodriguez that was omitted by the official “Report of the 9/11 Commission”.

Ref 4 shows Fig, 1, that states: “The exterior walls of Building 7 were pulled toward its central axis. ….They ended up on top of the rubble pile.” This can only occur by a controlled building demolition wherein the structure collapses into its own footprint.

Ref. 5, Fig. 2, “First impact” shows a 15 second expanded trace of the explosion with a maximum initial spike that decays. This trace is different from the “First collapse” trace that increases then decays in amplitude. Since the planes struck after the basement explosion the “First impact” trace should be relabeled “first basement explosion”.

Ref.6, Fig. 3 is an identical seismograph of Fig. 2 except the expanded basement explosion and collapse traces are missing.

Ref. 7, Fig. 4 “1st impact” and “2^nd impact” should be relabeled as explosions based on Ref. 3. The collapse times of 8 and 10 seconds for WTC 1 and 2 respectively agree with the free-fall times stated in Ref. 3.

The actual collapse time of WTC 7, 6.5 seconds, closely agrees with the free-fall time of 6.2 seconds based on the 610 ft NIST stated height of WTC 7.

Ref. 8 explains the refusal of the FBI to respond to POGO Petition 200701 that states the following three facts:

1. The contract termination date for WTC security Co. Stratosec was 9/10/01.  
2. MArvin Bush , the youngest brther of GW Bush, was an officer in STRATOSEC Corporation.
3. Seismographs detected explosions in the basements of the Twin Towers before being struck by airplanes.
4. All three WTC towers fell at free-fall speed, disproving the government’s pancake collapse theory .

The three towers could only fall at free-fall speed if a controlled demolition, using explosive devices,   were used to removed the supporting structure beneath the height where each tower began to fall.

Ref. 9 states: “Larry Silverstein, owner of WTC1, 2 and 7,  told the world  what happened to Building 7 during the PBS documentary “America Rebuilds” in September 2002: …”I remember getting a call from the fire department commander telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, “We’ve had such a terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it”

The term “pull” ,in this case, means to initiate a controlled demolition. This proves that explosives were placed in WTC 7 (and the Twin Towers ) before 9/11/01. The FBI is responsible for determining the parties responsible for placing the explosives in WTC 7 and the Twin Towers .  

Conclusions:

1.      All WTC buildings collapsed because of a preplanned controlled demolition.

2.      NIST should have considered the possibility of explosives instead of solely concentrating on fires as the only possible cause of failure.

3.      I am petitioning NIST to accept the above evidence and revise its erroneous WTC 7 report. Based on the 1^st amendment to the U.S. Constitution, “The right to petition   the government for grievances”. NIST has “an obligation to respond to POGO Petition 200803.

The 9/12/08 Petition 200803 concludes with the statement of Larry Siverstein to “pull” (demolish)WTC 7.

Ref. 1 shows the WTC 7 rubble, after collapse ,contained in a compact pile between the buildings on either side. Only a planned controlled demolition could drop WTC 7 vertically into its own footprint.

Facing south, WTC 5 and 6 can be seen towards the left (east) and right (west) of the WTC 7 rubble pile .Both buildings received greater fall-out of debris from the collapse of WTC  1 (north tower) whose rubble pile can be seen at the top of the photo.

Ref. 2 shows the vertical collapse of WTC 1 with some of the ejected debris falling behind the northeast corner of WTC 7. Ref. 6  shows the locations of 9 story WTC 5, 8 story WTC 6, and 47 story WTC 7 relative to the 110 story WTC 1 and 2.  The closest distance from WTC 1 to the northeast corner of WTC 7 was scaled at 535 ft. This proves that explosives , used in the twin towers, ejected debris, including steel beams, more than 500 ft. horizontally.

Ref. 3 states: “WTC 6 was severely damaged on September 11 with two holes that extend the height of the building”…..”It appears that fires may have ravaged through WTC 6.”….”800 workers were evacuated from WTC 6 within 12 minutes of the first plane striking the north tower (WTC 1). That impact caused debris to rain down on the roof of building 6, which was adjacent to the impacted wall of the tower.”…..”Despite the massive structural damage shown by the holes, and fires probably more severe than those in WTC 1,2, and 7, WTC 6 did not collapse. This proves that controlled demolitions caused the collapse of WTC 7.

Ref. 4…Syam Sundar, the lead investigator on the NIST team stated: “the team investigated the possibility that an explosion inside the building  brought it down, but found there was no large boom or other noise that would have occurred  with such a detonation”…The article states::

“The fatal blow to the building came  when the 13^th floor collapsed , weakening a critical steel support column (#79) that led to catastrophic failure.”

This type of local failure would have caused the building to tilt and collapse in a manner other than the controlled demolition that produced a  vertical collapse of the building into its own footprint.

Ref. 5, pg 8, “Witness statements” states: “Craig Bartmer, a NYPD  officer states that he saw WTC 7  come down and heard a number of explosions in rapid succession.”….Barry Jenninhgs, a New York City official has given a detailed statement of an explosion in WTC 7

Ref. 7 , Diagram 1 states: “The buckling of column 79 was the initiating event that led to the collapse of WTC 7.  The buckling resulted from fire-induced damage to floors around column 79., failure of the girder between columns 44 and 79, and cascading floor failures.”

Girder 44 was attached to the South face of WTC 7 and another girder attached to the East face. Of WTC 7. These two girders supported the 10^th floor of the 46 story   building.  Column 79 was the first column from the southeast corner of WTC 7.  Anyone who has toppled a tree by chopping one side, and thereby weakening that side, knows that the tree will topple in a direction where the tree was weakened. WTC 7 should have toppled towards and caused damage to the  adjacent to its east face. Ref .1  shows a neat pile of rubble in the footprint of WTC 7 with no damage to the adjacent easterly building. This disproves NIST’s theory of collapse.

Ref. 8 explains the flaws in NIST’s theories of the collapse of both the Twin Towers and WTC 7.  This proves that George Bush has  forced every government agency to  support his “Bush(it) Science” and support the lies in the Official Report of the 9/11 Commission. The president. With a 91` IQ and “foot in mouth” disease, is an ignoranus that should not be listened to by anyone demanding the truth about 9/11.

Conclusions:

1. The compact WTC 7  rubble, in the building’s footprint, should be the final evidence to burst NIST’s bubble!

2. Mr. Sundar should have spoken to the witnesses that heard the explosions rather than state there wasn’t a  “BOOM”!

3. This addendum to my 9/12/08 POGO Petition 200803 proves that controlled demolitions, not fires, were responsible for the collapse of WTC 7

4. WTC 6 suffered greater structural damage and fires, because of its proximity to WTC 1, but did not collapse.

5. I am petitioning NIST to accept the truth that WTC  7 collapsed due to a controlled demolition.

6. Based on my 1st amendment “right to petition”, NIST has a legal obligation to respond to this petition.

7. I am asking NIST to respond to this addendum and Petition 200803 by 10/311/08

8.  Every level of government that refuses to sign Pogo Proclamation 200802  is supporting the cover-up of the cause of the collapse of the twin towers and WTC  7.and further supports the belief of many citizens that “9/11 was an inside job”.
